Location and hours
- All crew members (unless otherwise specified in the interview process and job offer) are generally working and available during the hours of 9-5pm CST.
- Many full-time roles can work remotely from anywhere within the 50 United States. As a freelancer, you can work anywhere in the world.
- Our Contrarian HQ is in Austin, TX, where we gather to collaborate and get sh*t done.
Holidays and PTO
- We recommend you take a minimum of 3 weeks off a year. As long as you ensure your team is well prepared to cover your time off and you are a top performer, unlimited PTO is available and encouraged.
- 9 paid holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Veterans Day, and Presidents Day.
